A. We communicate primarily in English. Our lead coordinator has over 10 years of professional interpreting experience, so you can expect clear, nuanced communication throughout the planning process.
Q. What is the minimum group size you handle?
A. We work with groups from approximately 8 to 20 persons for private group travel, and we also accommodate larger groups for corporate or cruise programs. Please share your group size when you get in touch and we'll confirm accordingly.
Q. Can you handle cruise shore excursion arrangements?
A. Yes, we have hands-on experience with cruise port reception and shore excursion coordination at Nagasaki and other Kyushu ports. We work with cruise lines, shipping agents, and shore excursion departments directly.
Q. I'm still in the early planning stage. Is it too soon to contact you?
